Recently, AG Tacoma helped provide printing solutions for Perlage Systems, a local manufacturer of a sparkling wine preservation system. Perlage is a system that preserves an open bottle of sparkling wine (such as Champagne and Prosecco) using CO2. Once a bottle has been opened it release the gas stored in the bottle by the cork. Perlage works to replace lost gas and reseal the bottle. Giving the bottle the “sense” it has never been opened.
