AlphaGraphics Seattle’s wide-format printing, digital cut and finishing services provided vehicle decal solutions for a Texas rail locomotive group’s branding needs.

Client required ten vinyl vehicle decals. The finished size of each Texas state decals were 78″ tall.

Wide-format Seattle printing services included full-color printing on white 3M opaque permanent adhesive vinyl, with 3M lustre lamination over the top.

The Texas state shaped decals were digitally custom CAD cut with an automated Esko Konsberg cutting board. Each Texas decal was produced in two pieces with a one inch vertical overlap. Ten total decals and 20 total pieces were produced for this installation project.

Seattle fulfillment services included drop shipments to two separate installation locations. The project was designed, proofed, produced and shipped in four working days from the main AlphaGraphics Seattle print production facility at 3131 Elliott Avenue.
