As of the publication of this blog the Seattle Kraken are tied two games apiece in a seven-game series after a thrilling OT win Monday night–we’re still duking it out in the first round of the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs. Last Saturday night they hosted their first home playoff game in franchise history. In addition to being fans of the team, we’re also excited to have had a hand in welcoming the crowds to Climate Pledge Arena.

For the past two years, AlphaGraphics Seattle has worked with the team from Climate Pledge on several print and graphics projects and we were super excited to be called on to print and install Kraken team graphics onto the main entrance and the press entrance to the arena. Our installation team applied the 3M vinyl graphics to the outside of window panels above the entrance doors last week. The graphics feature various players. Our work even got featured prominently in this local KIRO TV segment.

Having done early print projects for NHL Seattle staff (before the team had even selected a name), it’s been fun for our employees to see the team’s rise this season. And as neighbors to Climate Pledge (and our client, Arena Management Co.), being in the heart of the action on game nights never gets old.
